Fast & Efficient Movers

I got completed ripped off. They called me the night before to tell me the move was going to take longer so the estimate doubled. At this point it’s too late I have everything packing and leaving the next day. I give them a chance. They brought three men including the owner! All I had them move was a few bedroom and living room furniture. They brough the smallest uhaul so they struggled to fit everything in which took them way too long. They also spent way too much tight wrapping furniture. The whole packing loading the truck took them 3.5 hours! I told them at the 1.5 hour mark that they needed to move faster. The two definitely looked inexperienced but why am I paying so much for people to move so slow? If a company has the owner come in moving, that says something. The owner was directing them how to wrap and move furniture. Owner said it takes time to wrap to protect all the pieces. Yea but it doesn’t take 3.5 hours to do all that! I’m very disappointed. I paid 1138 and that’s money I’ll never get back. Moving cost started out at just over $600. And this was for just a one bedroom apartment move! I had packed my car already to the rim because there was no room. Why did they bring the smallest uhaul? To save money? Ridiculous. Oh and black owned? Who cares! This service ended up ripping me off. I should have gone with the other moving company that could do it in half the time. Price was similar. Beware! Take your hard earned money elsewhere.

Great job got all stains up wow!

The service was only to load a Uhaul cargo van, which should have taken 2 guys less than 2 hours. One was carrying the boxes out one at a time, most of the boxes were light with a few heavy one included. I went to inspect what was taking so long at the 2 hour mark. They complained that cargo van was too small and that it would be a miracle if everything fit. I had to tell them how to load the van and everything fit... after they reloaded correctly. Although I was initially offered a 10% discount when setting up the project, that went out the window when they charged me for 2 1/2. However they changed it to 2 hours instead. I did not feel the need to pay for their mismanagement. I did not receive the 10% discount.

Best movers I've ever had! They were very responsive, dependable and professional. I highly recommend. In fact I've hired them again for storage move. I totally trust Express Delivery/Fast+Efficient and their leader Vee.

It was great! Fast Delivery provides excellent service for a fair price. Moving is usually a nightmare, but Fast Delivery helped make my move quick and easy. They showed up on-time and got right to it. I would recommend them to anyone who wants to have a stress-free moving day.
