Door Service, House Cleaning
What a "terrible" company! I scheduled a bi-weekly cleaning with them beginning on Saturday June 30 @ 10am. They texted me at 900am that morning and told me they would reschedule me for Monday July 1 @ 10 am. They texted me at 900am that morning and said they would have to reschedule. They also billed my account 1 week prior to my original June 30 cleaning. I sent them an email that I wanted a "Full" refund on my credit card and that I don't want or will EVER use their service again. They emailed me gave me a refund and cancelled my service. Well, low and behold a woman shows up Saturday 7/13 @ 10am and says she is here to clean. I told her I don't have any appointments. They billed my account $66.49. I sent another email and they responded they would give me a credit but, $20.00 less because cleaning person showed up. It was the their mistake and they should have to pay. You cannot called these people on phone (no number). IF YOU'RE SMART PLEASE DON'T USE HANDY! They are a "Banana Republic Company that has "NO CLUE"! GEORGE R NEW EGYPT, NJ
