I have been using them for a number of years and 'found' them through a neighborhood referral.  I found out my mom (in NJ) started using them through a referral....unaware we were both using him until we "had" to tell each other of someone great to clean carpets.
They are thorough, were aware of my issues w/ 2 dogs and the carpets look great & the couch/chair smell great..  I also recommended them to my neighborhood association.
I have no reservations recommending Doug and have even left him to finish up and close the door behind him.

Doug is the person that did the work for us.  He is reliable, and easy to schedule quick appointments with They are thorough, friendly and very respectful of your property when doing the cleaning.
