He overcharged me and also ran out of paint before he could complete the job. He made it seem as though it was my fault. He needed 5 more gallons, which was $120 and he asked me to pay for it. I ended up paying him for the paint and told him I would never do business with him again. He underestimated the amount of paint needed and made me pay for it and told me that what I signed was only an estimate. He misled me.
