After Oct 2009 (installation), every time it rained, my tenant contacted me with pictures of leakage from the porch roof (30 inch icicles hanging down in the winter).
Since then we have been playing phone tag to get Mr Woods to come and assess what needed to be done. After months of chasing his tale he finally met us on October 1st 2011. He then acknowledged that the "wrong type of roof had been installed on the porch section. Since there was not enough slope for the shingles, the right choice would have been to install a single sheet instead." He committed to coming and redoing that section. We are waiting for him to do this since...
We are now following through with threats to leave negative reviews, submitting a report in Angie's list and taking legal action...

He didn't do any work for me. He was good but I was concerned because he looks elderly and he does the work himself and I wasn't sure how he would do it. I had a couple of other people look at the roof and he wasn't as thorough as they were.

This company cleaned up so well it was like they never came in the first place. We were so satisfied with their work and the real professionalism of the workers.
