Chem Dry Express

In general, this franchise over charges for work performed as they charge by Sq Foot Vs by Room. It is hard to comparative shop as quotes are only given when they arrive to do the work. I was referred to this group as a result of also needing the tile work done along with the Rugs cleaned.  On day one they performed tile cleaning and Pet Urine Treatment + Cost on Tile was about average + Cost for Urine treatment VERY Expensive but trusted the Brand that this was in line         with franchise pricing.  After work was done I check with other Franchises and found the Pet Urine cost to be  $75 to $150 for the same work I was charged $900 for. I escalated this to the National HQ and they indicated that prices are not set by HQ.  I sent written letters to HQ and to the Franchise and finally got a call back by the owner. However he was not willing to make the adjustments on the Pet Urine. When I explained that the Tile work was 50% quality and that the work was unacceptable, the owner was willing to send me a check for $100. But no willingness to adjust for the Pet Treatment.  I believe this case is un-resolvable with more interaction, but a word of caution is in order to others looking for  trustworthy Chem-Dry services.

After they were done, I couldn't really tell that they had done anything. They were twice as expensive as Stanley Steamer and they did half the work.

They are excellent. They are very professional. They come in, do the job, and clean up after themselves. It is quick and very inexpensive for all the work that they do. They take care of any stains or spots on the carpeting and get them out every time. I have even purchased the spot remover that they use from them. They are absolutely reliable and come when they say they are going to. They give you a time and they come at that time.
