Burrows & Son Heating & Cooling

We are new first-time homeowners and we were having issues with our oil baseboard heating so we called the company that the previous owners had used. They were absolutely no help. A friend recommended to us to call Burrows and Sons and Nick came out that day and fixed the issue within minutes! He was extremely helpful and took time to educate us on how our system works (we are new to oil heating). He even called us the next day to make sure everything was still working fine. I will definitely be recommending him to other people and will continue to use his services when needed. Definitely excellent customer service!

Nick Burrows was very responsive, friendly, and professional. He installed an excellent furnace that was more powerful than the old one for less money than the other estimates we received for less powerful furnaces. His work was very well done, and he and his crew cleaned up completely afterward. He clearly takes pride in his work and was always a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend him.

Nick was great. He was honest and straightforward. They came over right away. Explained thoroughly what was needed now and the future. Didn't try to sell add ons. Nick is extremely knowledgeable.

I have been using Burrows and Son heating for many years. He does the yearly maintainence for me, and when needed other repairs. He comes on time and works very efficiently. He replaced our furnace and airconditioning units some years ago, and installed a new oil tank four years ago. He helped me find a good company to remove an inground oil tank that was discovered last year. Good company, good, efficient and timely work. I would recommend him to anyone.

Nick was very professional and punctual. He gave us an estimate on the spot to replace our furnace and central air conditioner. However we went with a more familiar brand than Heil. If you are familiar with the Heil brand, then he's your guy.

The guys worked quickly, efficiently, and thoroughly. They were very detail-oriented and the work they did is fantastic. It went from 96 degrees in my house back to a livable temperature overnight. I would ABSOLUTELY recommend these guys to ANYONE in need of HVAC work, and I'll be calling them in the future when my heating inevitably needs work. I don't have one single complaint about Nick or his workers.

I'm a first-time homeowner and I've used Nick twice in the last 6 months (due to my ignorance). He's had to come to my house twice to restart my oil furnace. Both times he has responded to my calls immediately which was incredibly important because on both occasions I was with out hot water. He is always punctual, friendly and simply a pleasure to work with. This last visit he replaced the gauge on my furnace because it was old and semi-broken and causing me to read my oil levels incorrectly (which caused me to lose my hot water again). He explains everything he does for me and the associated costs. I'll never use anyone else.

The owner and two crew members arrived on time, their start time was to be between 7:30 AM and 8 AM, they arrived at 7:40. They brought the new equipment down to the basement quickly and began work right away. When the job was done, Nick explained everything that he did, and showed where the filter was to be placed, where the condensation pump was and where it was draining to, and where he had patched a vent in the ductwork in the basement. He also showed me the outside power switch and how to cut the power in an emergency. They cleaned up after themselves and left no mess behind. They got the job done quickly and professionally. I would not hesitate to recommend this company. ,\

The overall quality of the work was very good as was their professionalism.

They are very good about response and expense. They have came out in the middle of the night. They have never tried to talk us into stuff we don't need. He put burners in for us and it is very efficient. He didn't try to talk us into a whole new unit. He is good. We have used them for 15 years.
