They applied a pre-emergent herbicide and pesticide in the spring. Last year, they did some aeration and grass planting in addition to the lawn treatment. They are very responsive and they will call you with the confirmation of appointments, you can even change them. When they tell you they are going to come, they do and when they do, they basically will be performing everything in the manner which they said they would. They cleanup afterwards. They put the signs on your property like there was a pesticide application on the certain day it was, so it gets notified to all the neighbors who probably comply with whatever requirements the Hamilton or New Jersey has regarding that.
