Jimmy responded promptly. He was personable, well-spoken and knowledgeable. He spent a good deal of time in the home which on first blush appeared fantastic. He was so thorough on an ungodly hot day. He spent hours carefully examining every aspect of that house. He found serious structural issues and really saved us from a bad investment. We would have bought a money pit. He was also more than fair in his pricing. I highly recommend Jimmy Emporellis. I will absolutely hire him again when we find another home.
