The owner was initially contacted to provide and bury drainage pipe from my house to a large underground drainage pipe on the rear of my property. In addition, he provided additional, deeper trenching for gas and electrical leads to a generator that was being installed about the same time. I was both surprised and pleased when the owner showed up with a professional surveyor's laser to insure that the pipes had the appropriate angle for reaching the collection pipe. He selected 4" PVC for the drains and connected them to the downspouts. He and his team worked very fast and accurately, especially considering that all the work was manual. In addition, he agreed to dig deeper trenches for gas and electric lines, and was careful to meet meet the required specifications for depth and minimum radius of the utility lines as required by code. His bid for the utility lines was significantly cheaper than the one originally provided by the company that bid on the generator contract. He coordinated with the generator contractor to ensure that all specifications and date requirements were met. The utility trenches all passed inspection without problems, and the diversion of roof runoff from downspouts to the underground drainage pipe have significantly reduced the amount of water remaining on the lawn after showers. He was very flexible in his work schedule and I hired him to do some minor tree maintenance while he was here. I'm very satisfied with his work and the costs.
