Fast and super understanding 24 hour emergency service. I had an emergency situation with my furnace at 2 am on a Sunday this winter and my house temperature dropped all the way to 50°F in the course of a half hour. Having 2 dogs this was scary. Every plumber I called wasn't able to come or didn't answer any calls but Buchanan did and came within an hour and fixed it! We were so grateful.
