They are just fraud. I had some noise coming from elliptical and called them for service on the recommendation from the manufacturer. The guy called told me that service charge for $165 and I asked if there is any part needed and you have to come back. He told me that this is one time charge and there is no charge if they have to come back. The guy comes and as expected they ordered some parts. Guy came again to install them and he told me more parts is needed. They have already charged twice and machine is still in the same condition. Never use them.

Pretty well, the treadmill is better but still not exactly right.
Description of Work: Treadmill belt was slipping forward. The repairman cleaned out the treadmill and loosened an internal belt.

Description of Work: Ordered a treadmill that unfortunately was immediately not working. The maker of the treadmill contracts out Techmotion to come fix it. They give us a window of 10am to 12 noon for Saturday and confirm everything in an email the Wednesday before. The day of the technician calls me at 1030am and says he was double booked and has to work a job in Manhattan and that is closer to him so he can't come to me. He can maybe get to me between 3 and 5 pm. I really did not believe anything he was saying. It all sounded very fishy to me. Spoke to his boss; he was pretty useless as well. Just a really bad experience.
