At Quality Construction, our policy's are mandatory. Often emergencies or forgotten errands arise. Without the home owner present, Quality Construction will not access the property. In doing so, it is an invasion of privacy and can in some cases become a trespassing issue. With a four hour window, most clients appreciative of the courtesy call. Thank You, Amy (Office Manager)"

"Unfortuantley this was a situation that was caused by miscommunication along with a little confusion on our part. We apologize for the inconvenience and frustration that this has caused you. The money should have been returned to you at this point. If there are any further issues we will address them immediatley and professionally. This particular situation does not reflect how we run our business at all. We are a fairly new company and we display hard work and dedication when it comes to the jobs that we take on. We do our best to fullfill all of our customers wants and needs. Our goal is to make our customer's happy and keep them wanting our business. We will do whatever it takes to satisfy our customer's and if any issues arise we will fix them abruptly until the customer is 100% satisfied.
