Cabinet Making
We are very happy with the quality of our kitchen cabinets. We get tons of compliments. Greg at Pugliese did a great job laying out our kitchen design and making product recommendations that fit our taste and budget needs. He was very accomodating when I decided that we needed to make a design change. I would use Pugliese again in a heart beat to purchase cabinets. What I would not do is use their subcontractor. The installer made a mistake. Once it was discovered, the installer became very hard to work with and was unresponsive. Pugliese, however, did a phenomonal job in helping me to get the installer to complete the job appropriately. It really was not their issue to resolve and they stuck by me. My understanding is that they have stopped referring work to that contractor.

Cabinet Making
The whole process was very good. If u need a contractor they have recommendations for you. My contractor was reliable contractors (Luis). Let me tell you what a great contracting company. The workers were prompt and professional. They cared for every detail of the installation and they were clean. I highly recommend this contracting group. 2nd they recommend a tile store and u get a great discount, you would want to work with mike at the tile store. And 3rd would be the granite company, big selection my countertops look awesome. I'm lucky to say everything went smooth sailing

Cabinet Making
Design performed in March, 2013 was quick and painless. Showroom is always extremely crowded and seemingly disorganized. 50% deposit was required for the cabinets.
The designer designed a good kitchen and we were told installation would be in mid-May as we had tenants scheduled mid-June. After repeated (think eight) calls in early May, we were told the cabinets were back-ordered until mid-June. After again many repeated calls in early June, installation was scheduled for late June. At time of cabinet delivery, full payment was due, even though they were short four cabinets for the order and numerous trim pieces.
At this point, we had to cancel the tenant booked vacations ($4,000 in lost revenue) and had the final cabinets installed in mid-August, which they required that I go to their office in Totowa to pick up rather than delivery to the work site (80 miles away).
Important to note that the cabinet selects were stock white cabinets with standard sizes - one of the receptionists told us our ordered and paid for cabinets were transferred to another customer at one point.
Installers were sub-contractors and were professional, but they were not finish carpenters. Don't expect a high end installation as some of the cabinets are misaligned, the doors needed adjustment and we are still waiting for crown trim to be installed. We don't count on that ever happening because their office is so disorganized that every time we call they say yes, we'll get to it, but they never will.
Don't waste your money with this company. They're a chop shop more interested in churning customers than building relationships.
