Pugliese Wholesale Cabinets

I am trying to get my money back from the company because of all the problems I am having with them. When I went there the first time with my daughter and went over planning the plans were done from measurements that my son in law and daughter had done with the understanding that they would be adjusted according to the actual size of the kitchen. The company had no problem calling me about a deposit and when I was coming more than once or my daughter. I left them a deposit of 12,000 which is from my pension fund and by August there was no work done. Rob who works there had told me that the contractor Luis who came to my house initially to assess the work was busy and after waiting for weeks I called and was told Scott would contact me. Scott called and never showed up for the appointment. I made a complaint and Rob who works there gave some lame excuse about not knowing what we were talking about , he thought when my daughter Erin had called to complain that she was complaining as a customer with the last name Scott and not about Scott. How dumb an excuse. Then Luis came to my house because he was suddenly available and his quote was way above other quotes we had and he was going to charge me for installation of cabinets and the charge for installation of cabinets was already on the bill for Pugliese. This is a double charge. I had requested my money back in August and as of this writing I have not received anything and have no work done. I am a senior and I am advising other seniors to go elsewhere to have the work done . I worked hard for my money and should not be treated like I do not count as a customer.

THIS HAS BEEN THE WORST WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE WITH A REMODELING PROJECT.
EVERYTIME I GO TO THE SHOW ROOM THERE ARE AT LEAST 10 PEOPLE COMPLAINING ABOUT PRODUCTS THEY HAVE ORDERED AND NOT RECIEVED, NO ONE RETURNS PHONE CALLS, ETC.
 NO CUSTOMER SERVICE.
MY EXPERIENCE STARTED IN JUNE 2013. i GAVE THEM A DEPOSIT AND THEN WAS LIED TO FOR 3 MONTHS. i WAS TOLD EITHER PRODUCTS  WERE ON BACK ORDER,OR DISCONTINUED. THEN I WAS TOLD EVERYTHING WAS FINALLY IN STOCK AND READY FOR DELIVERY...THAT WAS FUNNY.....OF COURSE 3 CORBELS AND HARDWARE NEVER SHOWED UP AND 4 GLASS DOORS WERE ORDERED WITH WRONG GLASS !!
 GETS BETTER...CABINETS DELIVERED IN WRONG SIZE, WITHOUT FINISHED INTERIOR FOR GLASS DOORS, ,CABINET BROKEN, VALANCE WAS 2 FEET TO LONG, AND I WAS SUPPOSED TO HAVE 3 CORBELS, WELL ONLY 2 WILL FIT ON THE CABINET!!!!!!!!! TO DATE I HAVE A HALF INSTALLED KITCHEN, AND OF COURSE I AM WAITING FOR A CALL FROM THEM TO CONFIRM DELIVERY OF EVERYTHING THAT NEEDS CORRECTING!!!  I DON'T THINK JIM PUGLIESE CARES ABOUT HIS BUSINESS BECAUSE EVERY TIME I ASK TO SPEAK WITH HIM I AM TOLD HE IS NOT THERE, AND NOT EXPECTED IN. WHO RUNS A BUSINESS LIKE THIS?????iT SEEMS ALL JIM PUGLIESES CARES ABOUT IS GETTING A DEPOSIT FROM NEW CUSTOMERS!!!! BEWARE!

Our story is not finished yet.  Just wanted to give a "thumbs-up" for the helpful staff at Pugliese, their design process, costs and scheduling.  We are awaiting delivery of two appliances before the project begins.  We'll check back when our kitchen is completed.
