Great. Gave me a set time, rather than a 2-hour window and arrived exactly at that time. The work was performed quickly and any debris were cleaned up prior to the contractor leaving. Reliable, quick and completed the work without issue.

The worker/owner crawled onto the dryer to check the machine. Got certificate for my condo association. People were very nice.

They used a device that went inside the ducts to sweep it out which I haven't seen others do They vacuumed and sucked all the dust out. The closed it up, were here on time and weren't here very long. Three guys came to do the job and they didn't hold me up. They got the work done and did a good job.

The service for the big deal from New Jersey Air Quality turned out good. The big deal was purchased on December the 14th of last year for 59 dollars for dryer vent cleaning. They came out for service pretty soon, maybe in a couple of weeks after the big deal purchase. There were no additional charges other than the 59 dollars. The dryer vent is doing good now after they have cleaned it out. They were very friendly. They were polite and friendly. They just went for their job and that is it. I was kind of pleased with that.

It was very good. They were very professional. They did a pretty good job. They were pretty courteous. We were pretty happy. There were no unexpected issues. They were on time and clean. The deal was very good. If I need to have my dryer vent cleaned, I would definitely use them again.

There was a glitch when making the appointment--it seems that when you buy a "deal," not all of your contact information is sent to the provider, including your telephone number. This means you have to watch for a message on Angie's List. In the future, I'll include my contact info in the message to the service provider to make sure they can reach me. Once I saw the message and called the provider, it was easy to make an appointment. At a little after 11 a.m. today, I received a call that they were running late (they were scheduled for a 11-2 window, so they weren't really late), and would be there in about 45 minutes, which they were. At 11:55, three young men showed up with a large Rigid brand shop vacuum, an extremely long yellow flexible hose, and an assortment of brushes. They were careful to kick off their shoes at the door. At 12:05 p.m. (yes, 10 minutes later), they were back out the door. They reported that the temperature of the dryer was 135 degrees at first and was now 117, indicating improved air flow. So: polite, fast, and, I hope, effective, because with routine dryer-vent cleaning, like many other types of basic maintenance, it's hard to tell if it's making a difference. Another plus: They did not attempt to upsell, and did not charge extra because the dryer duct is greater than 6 feet long (which is something that often incurs a surcharge, even though my understanding is that most dryer vents are more than 6 feet long). No complaints; recommend.

It was fine. They kept their commitment and showed up for work. They didn't change the price and it was very fair. One technician came out and was done within a half hour.

It was okay. They came out within a couple of weeks when I purchased it. It took half an hour to do it. There was no mess or anything left afterwards. They charged whatever the big deal was. If they were looking for something along that lines, I would tell them that's who I used. The only time that I had a dislike was that he was outside smoking on his break or whatever. There was no extra cost to do it. I'm trying to remember if we had to reschedule once or not. He came when he said he was going to so that was good. My wife dealt with them and I didn't appreciate the smoking in the property.

I am helping in getting my sister's house ready to list for sale and saw this deal and good reviews on Angie's List. Figured I would give them a try. Justin, the team leader and his two helpers were very polite and did a great job. They took care to let me know that removing the vent faceplates may create a problem as they were screwed into the drywall ceiling and might not screw back in if they took them off. They cleaned the ducts and vents and checked the system over. All went well and they were done in about an hour and half. I would recommend them and use them again. Thanks

It worked out okay. There was nothing I didn't like. Everything was done. I thought it was a little pricey but they did perform the work. They were very responsive.

Service was provided as expected. Both individuals were polite and professional. They re-taped a joint after the brush dislodged the connection. Overall we were satisfied with the experience.

They came at the time expected, and performed the job as advertised. They took good care to make sure everything was cleaned up when they were done. They were honest and professional.

Thought I needed the service, and I don't

It was a great experience. They were very accomodating as far as scheduling went. I originally was going to pay more money to have another system cleaned, but the tech informed me it didn't need to be done as it was already very clean. I had just moved into the house and wasn't sure how clean the system was. I really appreciated the honest from the service team.

After a bit of back and forth to schedule a time for the work to be done, their team showed up on a Saturday morning. They arrived looked around and got to work. Most notably they took off their shoes when in the house to keep dirt out. Overall a good experience and I would recommend and I'll use them in the future.
