Very happy with the hardware, the installation, the rep who came to the house. All professional, quick, and easy. Scheduled installation was about a month after purchase, I believe they were backed up because of the popularity of the coupon.

The work was done well and the humidifier is operating well. The contractor was very good at communicating clearly and promptly. I was so pleased with his work installing the humidifier that I hired him for another project.

David did a wonderful job installing a whole house humidifier in our home. He did it for a great price and he was very responsive. He always got back to me within just a few minutes when I messaged him. The quality of the work was excellent and he did it quickly. The humidifier he installed has been wonderful. It adds what I can only call a beautiful humidity to our home. The air feels like natural outside fresh air now. It's not at all the kind of air you get when you run a room humidifier that always makes the feel stuffy and too wet. It's just feels like natural outside air. Really wonderful! I'd highly recommend it. People pay so much attention to temperature that they rarely think about humidity. But humidity in the wintertime is every bit as important as temperature. Everyone should have one of these!

I CALLED DAVID AND HE WAS UPSET THAT I CALLED HIM AT 9:09 AM... HE RESPONSE WAS I WAS SLEEPING Saga continues.. David (owner) does not stand behind his product. I purchase this unit 2 yrs ago and it never worked! Call David first words out of his mouth was "I'm not going to replace it" he refuses to service the product he sell.. The guy wont send service tech because he said, they won't know how to fix it. Theses rvhisvservice guys and they can't service the equipment they sell? The owner does NOT care at all about the customer. Please do not use this guy... I can't believe he's in business. What a joke!
Description of Work: INITIALLY I HAD NJ QUALITY AIR COME OUT TO INSTALL A NEW DEHUMIDIFIER FOR MY FURNACE. WITH THE EXCEPTION, THAT THE TECHS SMELLED LIKE SMOKE, NO LETTERED UNIFORMS ETC... EVERYTHING SEEMED OK, SHORTLY AFTER IT WAS INSTALLED I HAD A PROBLEM WITH THE DEHUMIDIFIER LEAKING WATER ALL OVER MY CARPET THE OWNER DAVID CAME AND RESOLVED THE ISSUES. FAST FORWARD THIS YEAR 2016 AFTER NOT USING THE UNIT ALL SUMMER I TURNED IT ON THINKING EVERYTHING WAS GOOD TO GO! I LEFT TO COME BACK TO WATER AGAIN ALL OVER MY CARPET FROM THE LEAKING UNIT. CALLED DAVID HE TOLD ME THAT THERE IS CALCIUM BUILD UP AND I WOULD HAVE TO CLEAN IT OUT! WHAT? I HAD THE OLD UNIT FOR OVER 20 YEARS AND IT NEVER LEAKED... I DID NOT BUY A BRAND NEW UNIT FOR IT TO LEAK WATER ALL OVER MY CARPET AND WAS TOLD IT MY WATER.. NOT HAPPY AT ALL WITH THE OWNER AND THERE LACK OF CUSTOMER RELATIONS! I HAVE TO FIND A NEW COMPANY TO COME AND FIX THE PROBLEM LEFT BY NJ QUALITY AIR!

Actually we called the day before and the customer did not listen to his messages. Out of respect we left his appointment as confirmed. The morning of his appointment we called to confirm again. Instead of confirming he decided to cancel because he stated we never called if the customer had checked his massages he would have never had this problem.

I was very impressed with NJ Air Quality. David, the owner of the company was quite accommodating and was able to work around my crazy work schedule to setup an appointment. Also, he took the time to explain the issue with my refrigerator AND in terms that I would understand. He left my house, just like he found it – clean and everything back in its place. Overall a great experience and I will be calling them again in a few months for a Dryer Vent cleaning.

Came as scheduled. Three men with proper brushes and equipment. Vacuumed out dryer vent and cleaned from outside with a brush. The workers were unkempt and a bit rough looking, but job was done well.

From the scheduling of the job to clean up Dave's work was superb. Before doing the install he went over exactly what the process was going to be for the installation of the unit. Upon completion of the job he explained the operation and maintenance of the unit and the work area was left spotless. I would use him again in a minute!!
