I highly recommend NJ Air Quality for cleaning any type of household vent. Today, the technicians cleaned 3 dryer vents at 3 household locations for myself and 2 of my children. The technicians were very professional and ensured that the vents were clean and clear of any lint or other deposits. They arrived at my house first and arrived on time. After cleaning my vents they proceeded to 2 other homes and professionally cleaned their dryer vents. They also recommended on what to look for in the future in order to determine whether their was blockage in the vents. There price was extremely reasonable. Cost of service listed is per household vent. I intend to use them in the future.

Flawless, with great suggestions on preventative care

First, they had to reschedule and then they moved up my appointment. Generally, this doesn't bother me, but it was a bit frustrating because I had to take a vacation day off at work to accommodate their truck breaking down and having to move my appointment. I guess I expect them to give me a discount on the price or something, but nothing was offered. We also ran into an issue where their equipment blew out a fuse in my house, but I don't mark them down for this. They brought out someone (not sure if this person was licensed) to look at the damage they caused. While waiting for the guy to come out to fix the fuse issue, the two NJ Air Quality employees used a different power outlet and "cleaned" the air ducts. I put quotes because I didn't really notice any difference. Maybe my ducts were just not very dirty. Here is where my rating comes into play. After cleaning the ducts, the NJ Air Quality employees forgot to plug back in my chest freezer. I don't completely blame them because I should have followed up to make sure, but they didn't and after 3 days we realized a whole chest freezer full of food was bad due to it not being plugged in. Additionally, holy cow, these guys TRASH my house. It was impressive how much dirt, snow, and mud they tracked throughout the house. I was shaking my head the whole time, but I was more worried about how their machine blew out the fuse of my furnace that I didn't even think about how dirty the house was until after they left. Once everything was back up and running, I spent 3 hours recleaning (I had just cleaned the house) my house to get it ready for guests. Overall, I appreciate them not trying to leave while my furnace fuse was blown. I would have thrown a fit if they did try that. They stuck out the problem and didn't leave until after a solution was finished. I'm just upset that I don't have a clue what I actually paid for (cost of the service plus I had to take a vacation day from work due to them having to reschedule) and after they left I had a mess to clean up. I wish these guys would have at least cleaned up after themselves, but it is what it is.

I CALLED DAVID AND HE WAS UPSET THAT I CALLED HIM AT 9:09 AM... HE RESPONSE WAS I WAS SLEEPING Saga continues.. David (owner) does not stand behind his product. I purchase this unit 2 yrs ago and it never worked! Call David first words out of his mouth was "I'm not going to replace it" he refuses to service the product he sell.. The guy wont send service tech because he said, they won't know how to fix it. Theses rvhisvservice guys and they can't service the equipment they sell? The owner does NOT care at all about the customer. Please do not use this guy... I can't believe he's in business. What a joke!

Great! They arrived as scheduled, set right to work, and were finished in our 2 story (+finished basement), mid-century Colonial in less than 2 hours.

Justin inspected the system and determined that the ductwork did not need to be cleaned. We discussed that my son has allergy induced asthma, and he made some suggestions on things we could do to help minimize the impact.
