Took a chance on an Angie's Coupon for MNT Contracting and it was TERRIFIC!
Mike of MNT could not have been more helpful and professional. He was on time, found nothing major with my roof, but did the items as listed on the coupon, and extra with no additional charge.

Mike, the owner, and his employee were extremely professional and courteous.
They inspected my roof and took pictures of any issues. They sealed around the vent pipes, etc
and recommended that I replace a vent fan, which had a large crack in the top. Before they ordered
the vent, they took the time to seal the vent with silicone, so it wouldn't leak, in the event of rain.
They commented that my roof was in very good condition and I should not have any issues for some time.
I appreciate their honesty and would highly recommend their services to all.

"After inspecting the roof at 10 Avon Rd, Springfield, NJ, our professional opinion at the time was that the roof did not have significant damage, therefore we did not feel major repairs were necessary. We try and save homeowners money by being fair and truthful with our assessments. If 5 other inspections suggested you need major repairs, we would be happy to reassess the scope of work and offer a competitive price"

They were prompt and considerate. He came back at the end of the day to make sure everything was right. He even called a few days later after we had a rainstorm to make sure everything was ok. His crew were pleasant and did a great job cleaning up after themselves.

MNT Contracting provided a full crew of workers to rip off and replace my old roof and remove all debris. Workers arrived promptly at 8am both mornings, and everything was complete in a few days. The entire process from start to finish, including initial contact and receiving the proposal, was efficient and professional. I won't be needing a new roof for a while now, but I'd certainly think about using MNT for other repairs or updates to my home.

MNT was punctual and performed above and beyond expectations. During the rip off they were neat and promptly disposed of all old roofing. The new roof is excellent and the job was well done. The job was completed from start to finish in two days.
