"I explained over the phone before I got to your home that there would be a $90 trip charge and that would be included in any repair. I took your microwave apart and the part that was needed was not available. I do not go to customer homes for free. Because I was unable to repair your microwave you wanted your trip chargeback. As I said, I explain the charge before I come. I am sorry if you were not happy with my decision."

"I don't understand what you are talking about. I came to your home and the wires were all hanging out of the machine. You told me your son tried to fix it and I told you to call me when the wires were all put back where they belong. You called me on 6/7 and I came back with the part and fixed your dryer. I don't work on appliances that are taken apart by the homeowner because if something additional was wrong I would have been to blame. You said you were happy with the job, so why would you give me a bad review when I fixed your dryer. Moving forward please don't call me to fix any of your appliances."
