Great work!! Ken contacted me within minutes of my request to Angi's List. He was in the area and came by within an hour. He diagnosed the problem quickly and advised that he could order the part and return within a day. He did! fixed the problem within minutes and our fridge is now working again!! Thanks Ken. I would definitely call Ken if I need another repair on an Appliance.

I have worked with Ken's appliance on a few different occasions. I was have trouble with my stove burners lighting. Ken was quick to get me on his schedule and arrived on time and was super friendly. I was nervous to have someone in my house during the pandemic but he assured me he would be masked the entire time, wore gloves and was very clean in his execution. He came back for another repair and remembered my dog right away! I would definitely recommend Ken's appliance!

Ken responded quickly and came over and gave us an estimate. He knew what was wrong right away and gave us a good price to do both. We were debated whether to fix the refrigerator or replace it he made it worth while to fix it. Working fine now. The stove seemed to need additional attention and he responded quickly.

Ken saved us when our dryer stopped working suddenly. Having 2 kids we use our dryer constantly. Ken came same day and fixed the issue. His prices are reasonable. He's helped us with other appliances. Can usually fix same day unless a part is needed. Would recommend!

I had an identical experience to another reviewer. So, I have to guess that there's got to be something going on here. I hired Ken on September 23, 2018 to look at my washing machine. I led him to the basement and he told me " leave me here alone to work and I will call you when I am done". I walked out of the room into the room just above the basement so I could hear what was happening downstairs. I heard a loud banging noise. ??? The only thing he did was read the computer code on the unit. The unit was not otherwise touched. I do not know if Angie's List ever deletes reviews because I do not see the other review. It's possible that I saw the other review on another platform. My apologies that my review is delayed. I have a receipt.

It was a simple starter switch problem and I know that was the problem: As long as I push down the Start button, the motor runs and when I release the Start button, it stops. Hence I did not agree with Ken when he said the motor had to be changed and the cost would have been $350 + his labor charges. I know that was not true. Hence paid his minimum fee of $75. Then I called the appliance manufacturer and they said it is the switch problem and so that was changed and I paid for their diagnostic fee and parts ($18) + labor charges which (the total) was slightly higher than that in Angie;s list. That is the reason I gave this Rating for this person.

Failed to find a blown GFI plug 4' from the fridge. $75 for a useless service call. Called him again for a different repair -- not smart on our part -- and he failed to show up at all. Waited until after 3pm when he called to say he was broken down 35 miles away. His appointment to be here was at 3pm! Yeah, that's not smart customer service. Good luck with this guy.

Rude, incompetent & lies like a rug

Awful experience. Ken was rude and took my money never returning to repair or even quote my oven repair.

He was an all round nice fellow. He said the other provider replaced this part but there is another part he needs to be replaced. He felt sorry for me because i got ripped off by the previous provider.

Well, Kenny is a little hard to get a hold of, he may not call back for a few days. However, I have used him many times over the past ten years. He is very reasonably priced and always knows what he's doing. I like him he is a good guy. Will never rip you off or make unnecessary repairs like some of the other better known repair services.

I was given a 2 hour window, but repairman was over a hour late. When his car pulled up, he was on the phone on a personal call and was talking for 15 minutes. The repairman finished the job, but hadn't told me yet when I found him outside on a personal call 30 minutes later. I had to ask him to write up the invoice. Overall, he did the job, but loses points for professionalism.
