Jim inspected our property and was quick to give an estimate for the work to be completed. He was easy to get in touch with and was accommodating when revising plans with bank inspectors to best meet our wants and needs. Jim started the job as soon as he was able to, bringing in a team of skilled workers for various jobs (demolition, plumbing, floors, etc.). He also worked well with outside professionals (an electrician I wanted instead of one he'd worked with in the past). Jim brought us in on every phase of the project for explanations of progress, feedback and thoughts going forward. In a short two months, he quickly transformed a 1950s/1960s cape cod into the modern day home my wife and I couldn't have dreamed of, and have Jim to thank for the beautiful house we now call our home.
