Cambridge Management

JobRite seems to get all the repair work at our complex. Somehow they always come in with the lowest bid. Their work reflexes the low ball bids they give. Repaired my roof at least 3 times, and it still leaks periodically. I was a board member when we contracted with Cambridge. They were great! As time goes by the quality of their service seem to be lacking. Our account has been passed around over the years. The site manger we have now is very slow in returning phone calls, that's if her voicemail box isn't full. I have called the owner of Cambridge, who now lives in Florida, and talked about issues with this account, and got no results.

We're happy with Cambridge Management, they are good. My husband is the President of the Board here. He is on the phone or e-mailing them all the time. For the most part, they are good but not great. They respond to our problems here. They have a list of contractors they use as well as some maintenance staff. The condo fees get sent to them. Like any management company, they deal with more than one property so they may not get to deal with a problem immediately. I would say they would respond quickly to any life-threatening problem. The individual we deal with is, I think, stretched a little thin.
