Quick, fast and friendly service.   Very happy with their work.

It went fantastic.  They replaced my windshield last year.
Rock hit it the other day and put a nice hole in it. 
I walked in on my lunch to see if it could be filled and they did immediately!
Service is always fantastic and everyone is a pleasure.

Went great. I called and was told to have the car at their shop in 30 minutes. They immediately took the car in and the chip was repaired and I was driving away in less than 45 minutes start to finish. Doesn't get much better than that.

ARC was very helpful on the phone.  I had just called a competitor and the difference was night and day.  At the other place, the girl just regurgitated unrelated nonsense.  At ARC, I definitely got somebody with a head on her shoulders.

Called for an appointment around 9:30 a.m. to repair a chip with small crack. Was given appointment for that afternoon. Taken for appointment exactly on time.
Was warned that the crack through the chip might grow when pressure applied for repair, but that didn't happen.
Within 1/2 hour I was on the road again, with chip repaired at a reasonable price. I had gotten another price from someone on Angie's List, and that one was double the estimated price I was given at ARC Auto Glass.
While I was there, lots of phone calls received requesting appointments, and I was only there a short time. Excellent service.

ARC Auto Glass replaced windshield for my 2002 VW Passat. Dropped by their location to get an estimate. Was able to get an appointment right away. The service took about 2 hours to ensure adhesive dried before driving. Pleasant to deal with and very professional. Great value as it cost $235 (with $10 online coupon) which was $100 less than on-line quote received from Safelite Auto Glass.

Wonderful! Found them on Angie's List- called them and they were reasonable, flexible and professional. They were even willing to come to ME to fix it for only $10 more. I decided to drive to them and found a lovely 3 bay shop. I made an appointment and They had no problem finding a 2000 windshield for me. 2 or 3 hours total (which includes an hour drying time for the epoxy) and I was good as new- love it! great experience.

Could not have asked for better service! My initial contact was to repair a small crack which unfortunately spread when the repair was attempted. Having been warned of this possibility, I was prepared. An appointment was made for me the next day ; but upon return to my office, I realized I couldn't make it to the shop. I called and spoke to Stephanie, who not only was understanding, but juggled a few things around so that a mobile unit could come to my office the next day. The next day the repairman arrived promptly, fixed my windshield in no time. I left a co-worker my credit card for payment as I was in a meeting, and when she didn't know my billing zip code, said and quot;No problem; just have her call the office.and quot; I did immediately upon my return. Once again Stephanie answered, and took the needed information pleasantly.
I hope I don't have to have another windshield replaced, but if I do, I know just where I'll go.

ARC arrived within the time window promised. Did work carefully. And even handled details like moving the EZPass and inspection stickers to the new windshield.
I don't know the price as it was covered by our insurance.

Showed up Saturday morning with no appointment and they were able to see me right away. I had a chip in my windshield and they repaired it within 15 min. They got rid of the line and now all you can see is the point of impact from the pebble. Jose was professional and knowledgeable. Insurance covered the repair but ARC handled all the paper work. I would recommend!

My husband had a huge crack in the windshield of his Honda CRV He had gotten a ridiculously high quote from a dealer and from a national chain. He remembered someone he knew dealt with ARC in the past and were pleased. His call was taken right away and handled very professionally. The procedure and cost was explained and they were able to work the car in the next day. We left the car overnight and it was ready by 2PM next day, just as discussed. The job was excellent and the cost was exactly what was quoted. Nice people to deal with!! Would definitely use again and recommend.

They replaced the windshield on my wife's 2014 Pathfinder. They gave us a 3 hour window for the work to be done and it was completed ahead of time. They also gave us precise instructions on how to care for it during the next 24 hours and were extremely polite and professional. The price was extremely reasonable compared to other quotes we got in the area.

When I called for a quote, the Admin was very friendly and responsive. I work in NYC and she was very flexible regarding when I could drop off the car to have the work done. I was told it would cost $305 + tax and take approximately 2 hours. Everything was deliverd as promised. Would definitely use them again and highly recommend.
