WARNING: DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE! To start, we got a free quote on May 4th for a concrete patio. They seemed to know what they were doing and gave us the best price, so we went with it. We should have known cheaper never means better. We gave them a deposit and they told us that the remainder would be due at completion, however, each time they were here, they asked for more money to be given. From the start communication and scheduling was very difficult. It took us awhile to get in touch with Vinnie and to get them to come out to do the work. They would say they would come on X day, then they wouldn't show until a few days later, however, we continued to give them the benefit of the doubt and were beyond patient with them from start to finish. Come pour day, which wasn’t until the end of May, they hired only 2 workers, which we later found out, were not “real masons” They poured the cement and only finished half of it. They left that day with a whole cement slab in our backyard with only half of it “finished” They said they would come back the next day to complete it. Cement patios are supposed to be done in one shot- monolithically, or they will crack. They didn’t show the next day to finish. Days go by and still they did not come back to finish it. So now we have a dried cement unfinished slab in our backyard. We then realized that they poured it against the foundation of our house with no expansion joints, which is not up to code. The few days that passed, it rained a lot and we had huge puddles on the patio- even on the “finished” side- just shows you that they did not know what they were doing and it was completely uneven. Truly unhappy with how things were going, we requested them take out the cement slab, clean the cement that was all over our siding, plant new grass where they killed our grass, and most importantly, refund us our money. At the time, they agreed, but it took FOREVER to get any work or money back. Come June 8th, they finally came back to take out the patio, they took out half of it and refunded half of our money. They also never showed to clean our house and replant grass seed like they promised, but at this point, we just wanted our money back. It is now July 18th and after being ignored by Vinnie for weeks and weeks, we had to threaten them with a lawyer, and complaint to BBB and Federal Trade- and it wasn’t until we did that, that they finally sent us the reminder of our money back. I would also like to add that Eric, the “salesperson” as he called himself was nice to us, but VERY rude to his workers that they hired to do work. He would yell at them and we overhead many racial comments he would say to them and it made us feel super uncomfortable. Again, save yourself and do not hire these frauds.

Vinnie and Eric went above and beyond when completing the job at our house. Vinnie quickly had someone scheduled to come to check our roof. She was in constant communication from the start to the end, making sure we were completely satisfied with the work that was done. Eric was very thorough when fixing our rood, making sure the job was done correctly. I highly recommend them!

Eric, Alex, and Vincenza were wonderful! Scheduling was quick. We received a thorough level 2 chimney inspection before closing and then had them repair and clean the chimneys before move in. Work was done well, extremely clean and efficient. Would 100% recommend.

Two gentlemen came to fix a hole in our roof. The hole aloud rain water to leak down inside a light in my sons ceiling. Eric kindly came after we called the them to access the damage and help find out the leak and hole that was previously fixed improperly. He gave an honest estimate and explained what needed to be done and how much the repair would cost. Eric returned on the day he agreed to do the repair with Alex. They were both amazing and went above and beyond our expectations to complete the repairs. All done before Christmas to keep my sons room dry for him and our visiting family. The same day I inquired for an estimate within a couple of hours someone arrived at my home. They were phenomenal in communication (Vincenza was fabulous) about what to expect time wise. All of my questions regarding my repairs were handled on the spot. I was promised they would return before the next rainfall and they didn't disappoint. While repairing the shingles on the roof they noted there was a crack in my chimney that was both quoted and repaired the same day. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to any one in need of their services.

This company is fantastic! They do a thorough job and also assess for other potential maintenance needs. The work was great and their prices are affordable.

I was very pleased on all interactions and work performed by A Plus Roofing. They were flexible and responsive through the whole process and gave me a fair deal. Despite trying to contact many roofers who were not available or reliable, I read the Angi reviews and called A Plus. I read Eric from A Plus was the only roofer who actually went on the roof to estimate which I know from experience set them apart from the others that had come to quote me. Eric did just that. He went on the roof and quoted me only for what needed to be replaced (an area of shingles) but also assessed the rest of the roof. He didn't try to sell me a new roof. Also, kudos to Vincenza from the office who regularly reached out and organized appts that worked around the icy weather and our availability. The on site team was competent, efficient, tidy and quick. Highly recommend A Plus (and we're formerly in the construction business so that means a lot!). It was a pleasure to do business with them.

Eric and his team from A Plus Roofing did an excellent job in repairing my gutters, cleaning them and using hidden hangers. They were professional, prompt and did an excellent job. Highly recommend! Needed a total chimney repair and glad I found the A Plus team. They did a fantastic job making sure the job was done properly. Took their time and made sure everything was perfect before leaving.

All went well. Starting with the estimate. Eric was the only estimator that actually went up on my roof in order to give me an estimate. They did an outstanding job and cleaned up as stated. Vincenza kept me informed throughout the whole job as to when the workers would be there and when they would be finished. I appreciate the honesty and communication throughout the whole project. I was confident A Plus crew would fix my roofing issues.
