Mike the guys who came out and installed the blinds. He told me to try them out. I tried them out and they were fine. But Mike saw something that he did not like and insisted he ordered new tracks. They are very great company. They are honest. They work with people on the price. They could up sell someone but they don't because they know the product and they know the product and what works. My husband even likes them and my husband is a perfectionist. If he can not do it we call them. They also give you a time period, they are very punctual.
