We Leave a Sparkle Cleaning Service LLC

They were professional working continuously until they were finished. They fit us in when they knew I was going out of town. I appreciated that they made my dad feel very comfortable around them since it was his home. They were warm and personable.

It went very well. I called another cleaning service before hiring Bettyjean and Monica at We Leave a Sparkle Cleaning Service LLC. The other service could not provide an estimate in a timely manner. I met with the girls from Leave a Sparkle on June 7th, we agreed upon a price and they did the entire job that day. They left a very clean house with a lot of attention to detail. I'm getting another house ready for sale and I intend to call Leave a Sparkle when I'm ready for the whole house cleaning.

Excellent!!!! I love We Leave A Sparkle. They are amazing and really do leave a sparkle when they are done. Ive been looking for a cleaning company like this for a while and am so happy I found them. Its convenient and easy to set of appointments also.
I would recommend them to all my friends and family.

It was a bad experience. Many things were overlooked. Cleaning the kithcens counter for 1, they never moved 1 thing on the counters. Behind the furniture there were dust balls, that was  over looked in every room and there were only 2 1/2  rooms that had  furniture in them, the other 2 rooms were bathrooms. They didn't clean behind the couch, under the hutch, or the TV stand. They didn't clean on top of the hutch, or behind the bed, or under the dresser,  it was so disappointing.  After that. I checked the bathroom and  the toilets there was dirt on the baseboards and toilets. The counter in the bathroom was sticky & streaky. The shower was also streaky & had dirt in every corner of the shower. I spent 90 minutes to clean what they neglected.

 The  house needed a through cleaning, which was discussed at the initial conversation, however  I got the feeling that they had only a small window of time and that they would do what they could in the time they allotted for my house.. I contacted them via text & they never offered an apology or made an effort to come back t correct the poor cleaning. I also asked for partial refund which I thought was more then fair, they did work for 2 hrs & used their own supplies. however, to date I have never heard back or received any sort of compensation. Don't get me wrong they are great for a quick cleaning but anything more then that is beyond their scope.

The service that was provided was excellent . I am going to continue to use their service on a monthly basis .

They were excellent. I requested that they use the special cleaner I use and they used it instead of the stuff they had.

These girls did a fantastic job on my home.  They came on time and were very thorough.  Will be using them often.
