 + -1 moreI have been going to Vacuum World for 20+ years for service and to purchase vacuums. I have always dealt with Frank, who is very professional and helpful. Today I saw the owner. When I questioned his (new to me) policy of a $10 fee to look at it, he got very angry. I told him that it seemed "cheap"....and he told me to take my vacuum and get out of his store. I have always been satisfied with the store in the past, but I was shocked at his anger and response to my questioning of his policy.
Description of Work: I needed a new "wand" and small caster wheel for my vacuum
