Lou was very nice the deal with and was very familiar with the developer of the neighborhood I just moved into. The home inspector recommended we get a Level 2 inspection (which they always do), which is when a chimney company takes a video of the inside of your chimney to see if there's any defects. This can cost a couple hundred bucks (I think) and Lou actually told us we don't need to get it done. He then made the necessary repairs for half of what the other company had quoted me.

They were very professional and solved the issue in 10 minutes by replacing batteries in the remote wall switch for the fireplace.
