It did not go well. I picked up the computer from the store, and it was still having issues. I took the computer to another store where I learned that the previous company had not replaced the hard drive as they said they did. It seems that paid them hundreds of dollars for no work. The gentleman was very unprofessional. When he learned that I was a home help aid, he asked if I could come to his house and give him a shower in the dress that I was wearing.
