removing the rotting wood and crumbling concrete foundation and replacing the old foundation with a new brick and concrete one then remounting the bilco doors. The job was scheduled and completed in a timely manor. Mike informed me that the concrete might crack when drying and it did, he returned and repaired it. I was completely pleased with the work, price and the manor with which the whole job was completed.
