Carpet Cleaning
When the sofa dried from the steam cleaning it was streaked and looked worse than before the work. The sisal rug was not cleaned properly. Steamx assured me that they could clean sisal rugs on site but this was not true. The rug had to be taken outside to dry and it took another day with a space heater to dry it. I called to ask that they return to reclean the sofa. (There was nothing to be done about the rug.) They did not return my calls as promised and when I did reach someone and explained my problem, they told me I was the problem and hung up on me. This happened twice.
