Good. Very quick & carpets looked good.

We were expecting two cleaners that would move furniture out of each room before cleaning the carpets. Only one arrived so minimal movement of furniture was done. But, he did an excellent job. There were very few stained spots that reappeared as the carpet dried. The spot remover he left with us cleared up those pretty well. It came out much better than we expected.

The estimate was off.  There were up charges I was pitched by the cleaners.  The carpets looed great, but the major stains reappeared after they dried.

The young men were very mannerly and did a great job on my carpets.

The 2 gentlemen were very nice. Moved furniture if I asked. The overall result was disappointing. Other cleaners managed to get out pet stains. Their steaming process did not. I don't even remember having the pretreat any stains

They did a good job. It was very late in the day an emergency call and they were very accommodating when they came out. They were very nice to come out for me late in the evening to help me with the emergency that I had. I would recommend them to others.

I think I spent $125 on their services. Their service was good. They were quick and efficient. They were very cordial. I think it took them longer to set it up to do it than to do it because it's such a remarkable service. It's very fast. So it probably took them longer to set up the water and a lot of other things to do the job. It wasn't the whole house they did. If I need to use them again for anything, it wouldn't even be a question and I wouldn't have second thoughts to use them again. I really didn't have a comparison for price and so I don't know what the others charge. When you need somebody to do the job, it really wouldn't matter much how much the price would be. I thought it was reasonable. I don't have anything to compare the price to the others. Their responsiveness was very good. I will absolutely use their services again in the future and there's no question about it.

They were fast and convenient. They are easy to get a hold of. They did an average job. It was neither spectacular nor horrible. They cleaned seven areas for $250. There was another $150 charge for the couch. They were way overpriced. They forgot our couch and chairs and they left. We had to call them back and tell them that they hadn't done the work, and we had to argue with them.

They were fine. The scheduling was fine. The guy came out and did the work and I had no problems with them.
