They did everything wrong. Used materials not rated for hot water. The piping to the system was wrong. Condensation hose installed wrong. Used too small valve. Didn't vent intake to outside per specifications. Installed the circulating pump upside down and backwards. Didn't bolt system to floor. There were 4 leaks under the flooring. They insisted I find someone to remove the flooring as they "knew no-one".  I contacted system manufacturer; hired  their trained installer who redid all the mistakes WITHOUT removing any flooring.
Dan and Conrad are extremely rude and uncooperative. Insist everything was someone else's fault. Left me without hot water or heat  in fall and said "Good luck getting your heat fixed.! They had already been paid over $14,000. They tried to extort another $700 from me. Lawsuit in the works!
