Poorly, as you can tell from the above story. This company should be ashamed of themselves for treating their potential customers as disposable. I do not mind waiting, but only if it is guaranteed that someone will actually come out.
Description of Work: I called this company on Monday so that they could come and look at our roof as per our home owner's insurance request. The woman who answered the phone said that she would have one of the workers come out that day. Three hours later, I still was not contacted by the company, so I called Premier back. The woman apologized and said that someone would be calling within the hour. Needless to say, I never received a phone call that day. Despite my greater judgement, I went ahead and scheduled an appointment for an estimate when they called two days later for Friday at 3. As of 4:20, they are not here and when contacted, they could not get in touch with the man that was supposed to look at the roof. I left work rather hastily today and took off Monday to take care of this issue on their time, but clearly was not successful. Based on communication alone, I would not hire them in the future.
