They are very good. They have integrity. If there is an issue, they come back and take care of it. They come out right away, and make sure that we get up and run. They explain what we need. They get the job done. They don’t work on a time basis; they work on what the job needs. If they are there for twenty minutes or if they are there for an hour and a half, it tends to be related to the amount of work that they are actually doing. It's not that they are slow and they charge more. It's just what the job needs. With another company, they say that this is it. Then they say that in the book, that's not inclusive and that they have to charge us extra. Point Bay doesn’t do anything like that.

Stay away! I would never recommend this company.  Unprofessional, not trustworthy.  They are not forthcoming with information, staff are unorganized, and I trully believe they were trying to scam us.  Save yourself the trouble and find a different company to work with.

I have had a service contract and oil delivery from Point Bay for 15 plus years.  They are prompt, fair priced and extremely professional.  I have never had an issue or call back for any reason.  I had two burner failures and they responded in less than an hour from the time I called.

Their oil prices are very competitive, also.
