That was the first one, so it was free. If you buy a new car you get a free oil change. Everything was fine. It was an oil change, not much can go wrong.

I had a positive experience dealing with them. They were good, patient, reasonable on the price and on the trade. They're good to deal with and it went very good. They're really quick and pleasant with their service and they do what they can. I'm very happy with their price.

Spoke to headquarters hoping they would out of good faith help reduce cost of repairs. Car only had 28700 miles on car.

Pine Belt Nissan Kia stands behind their cars. I mean, with my Maxima there have been a few times now that the car has been recalled for problems that technically Nissan themselves is responsible for and so I am pleased with them. At least its not costing me out of pocket money. They are responsible and contact me and let me know what is going on and they are always very punctual. I have no problems with Nissan or the services they have provided me with so far this year.

Pine Belt Nissan saved me about $1800. The first place I went to was going to charge me $1800 for this repair. I then went to Pine Belt and they fixed it on the spot. The mechanics are excellent and all of the people who work here are very professional. They provide a great service. The best thing about this is that they said my repair was under a partial warranty so my repair didn't cost much.
