+ -1 moreHe claims he is out of money to complete the job. Has not provided the materials listed in the contract. Now wants us to pay someone else to provide the labor. He does not tell the truth and blames others why work is not done. He is months behind the completion date.
Description of Work: Took money to repair my 83 yr old father's home due to damage from hurricane Sandy and although he was paid $70,000 he has not completed the job.
