Bob and Jeff were PROS...they communicated before beginning every new job and were professional, polite, and very focused. They were on time, worked efficiently, and worked neatly.

honerelithe biggest problem i had with this indiv. was trying to get a receipt for the work done. approx. five min. after he left my house i realized he didn't give a receipt. i called him and he said he would call me that evening for my email address,he never called. i followed up with phone calls and emails. one week later  he emailed me and said his wife would send me an email. it never came. another week and another email apologizing for the delay as he was having trouble with his email,but he was able to send an apology. the following week i received the receipt.THREE WEEKS LATER!
