New Jersey Home Maintenance

The service program that I have is with New Jersey Home. I do it every year in September. It is part of the service plan so there was no cost. I've used them for about five years now and I give them that A [overall] for the longevity of my system. Fortunately, I learn something every time I have a service performed., so I enjoy the conversation and learning. That is the criteria that the service person may not appreciate teaching me, but I appreciate learning. The pricing is good. It's about $300 but it includes the hot water heater, if something goes wrong with the hot water heater. And I understand that the hot water heater is either a go or not - there's not much fixing them. But they throw that in, whatever that means. They won't drain my tank so I don't really know what service they're giving me, but it's $300 for the air conditioning and the furnace. Most of their service techs are seasoned; let's put it this way, they're not newbies. For responsiveness, excellent. I've never used them in an emergency, which is a good thing. By scheduling appointments and keeping them, they're A. They do have the facility where they call first. They're in the area or they ask if they can stop by early. They've always done that, so that's nice. Yes I will continue to use them in the future; I see no reason to change.
