After the wires melted on our comcast box we were advised that there was short in our home. I called and spoke with Lisa she was very responsive and the electrician was here within 2 hours. It was the grounding that had gone bad and needed replacement. The work was done the next day. I was extremely impressed with their responsiveness. Vince and his son are very professional and Lisa handles the calls with the same professionalism.
