They were an A. I think the price was also an A, I don't think they were observant. When you send out a technician that knows what he is doing it just makes life a lot easier. Even setting up the appointment, the office i think her name was Jackie communicated very well in terms when they would be coming out etc. They sent me an email in terms of what the procedure would involve, the technician called me before arrived to let me know he was coming. Once he was here before he began doing the work, he went over every little detail with me. I was very very please.

It was easy and excellent from start to finish. Came out and gave a reasonable estimate, our bath was a little more because my husband tried to refinish the tub first. Time frame was shorter than expected. Very professional looking and very pleased. If I can, I'll add the pictures later when I'm home and it's dry.

They were very responsive. Like they got back to us immediately. Their customer service was excellent, there was a girl there that I kept dealing with and they did a great job under the time frame that they had originally told me. We were very pleased.
