Sale was handled by Anne. She was patient and professional. We made an estimated 6 or 7 trips to see her over maybe 3 months. She called us on July 4th weekend to tell us about a Promotion that could save us $1000. We jumped on it and ordered our kitchen. We did the rip out and were also remodeling as well. We had 4 weeks to do those changes but were surprised by thge phone call after only 2 weeks that out cabinets would be shipped in a week early. Once agaoin Anne to the rescue as we were able to pospone the delivery two weeks until we were ready. Installation was also handled by Lowes. The job was done by "Jeffery's Kitchens". From Jeff's 1st visit to confirm our numbers to the actual 2 day installation done by Bob and Matt everything went well. Only issue was a dinged door that is being re-ordred next week. Great work and now just waiting on our new appliances. Also by Lowes... All and all a great experience.

Lowe's - Toms River were not very good. We had major problems with them. They ended up having to give us a lot of money off. They had to come back to the house three or four times. It was just one nightmare after the other. They had a hard time with the installation. The people they sent out were unqualified out to do the installation and it was just not good. The price is definitely cheaper than going with some other companies. You're not getting the customer service you'd get from other companies, but you're paying half the money. Even with that said, we still weren't happy. They eventually did make good on everything eventually, but it took at least six months to do the whole job right.

I like them.  I will continue to use them in the future.

I purchased a washer and dryer from Lowe's.  I had a good experience with them.  The sales staff was good as well as delivery.  I will use this store again as needs arise.
