I would have given 5 stars, but for product cost. Karen, (deserves 5 stars) who preformed service is a consummate professional! My children were comfortable, as was I. She gave me the knowledge I needed to detect them. Made the time I was there go so much quicker, she went above & beyond to speak directly to my children & not just to me, made them feel more important. She was exceptional & hope the owners have a chance to see my review. The service itself was well worth the cost, although the product for everything was extremely costly for all of us @$20 per item. I think the more bought, the price can come down to help those with multiple children. I would go there again, because of the exceptional service received from Karen. I’m not one to give reviews, I felt it extremely important to do so with something so important for parents in my situation. Thank you Karen!
