When I purchased my vehicle I really had a great experience. After I brought my car home I received my first bill (which I somehow misplaced) I called the dealer to get the name of the bank so I could make my payment. I was forwarded to financial where I left a voicemail. When the next day no one called me back, I called again this time to be told that the message would be personally walked to the financial dept. and someone would get back to me. Still no call. Day 3 I called and was told that I could leave a voicemail, when I tried to explain what was happening I was told the only thing that could be done was a message left. I then called my sales rep and he was off but I was welcome to leave a message. I then asked to speak to a sales manager and was told he was busy leave a message. I then went on line and got a number for Hyundai services which of course they couldn't help me. I called back Lester Glenn (after calling three times in a row) and was asked to hold. FINALLY a live person who gave me the bank name and phone number, but of course it's in my husbands name so I still couldn't make a payment. They wouldn't even let me pay it, I didn't want any info I JUST WANTED TO PAY MY BILL! Now when my husband gets home he will have to call the bank and hopefully get it taken care of. It was just a very frustrating experience, I felt because I was no longer their responsibility I got put to the bottom of the pile.
I love my Hyundai but will probably find a different dealer next time. (This was my second car from Lester Glenn the first time was a good experience but I didn't require any extra help)

They picked him up, took him home, and had great follow up. They also throw a lot of services in for free when you purchase a car from them. They also can fit us in last minute, which we appreciate. They are the total package!

Two weeks after purchasing my new car, one of the guys removed some tape from the side of the car with a razor blade. Needless to say, it made a mess of the paint on that side. The dealership stepped right up and took it to a body shop where they repaired it for me at no cost. They really stood behind me and I recommend them.
