Lou and his company did our basement because that is who our basement contractor chose. So when we had projects in our house I called him. Gave me quick quotes over txts and said he would call when the winch came in for our chandelier...never did. Had to stop on top of him and then finally got him on the phone and said sorry he was so busy (lame excuse) and he would call me tomorrow or next day to schedule for 2 weeks out. We were fine and understanding. Well it has been 3 weeks later, no calls back, no texts back and HORRIBLE customer service! Stay away and find a real electrician!
