L&B General Maintenance and Heating & Cooling is a family owned bussiness for the last 32 years. All work is performed by the owner and his son. Ypu won't see anyone else handling our jobs. All work is con tracked with a 50% deposit and written contract and paid in full once complete. We work with over 50 different companies for fiancing of $1000 and higher. We also accept check and all major credit cards. *Right now we are doing furnace tune ups for 60 bucks or both units at the same time for 100 dollars.* * Any 96% efficiency natural gas furnace installed for 2700* ALL work is gauranteed!

There is no job for L&B that is too big or small for us. We do everything from Ac & Heating maintenance to installs. We do kitchen and bath remodels. We also handle smaller jobs like gutter cleanings and roof leaks. There nothing we don't do.
