A nice office staff and no problems until today. My neighbor was having work done by Jersey Shore and falsely told the crew that they had permission to adjust my irrigation clock, which is located outside. And although I had turned the system off, Jersey Shore did set a new schedule for irrigation. I only discovered it because of alerts on the security system. Jersey Shore should not be adjusting anyone else's irrigation system without express permission from the owner. There are liability issues here in addition to the fact that Jersey Shore was trespassing on my property. I spoke with the crew leader who did apologize and ask how he could make it right. Unfortunately, Jersey Shore's poor judgment in this matter is a deal breaker for me, even though this problem originated with my neighbor.

Had appointment scheduled for 12 noon. I called at 5 PM because no one showed. I was curtly told that they would be at my home . I called again at 8PM. Left a message. It is now nearly noon on the next day and I have received no call from the company.

"we do not have a record of doing any business with this person. we would like to have a contact number so we can speak with the homeowner and try to figure out if they have us confused with another company. i also noticed from her history she gives out mostly f's for reviews (50%) we take our rating very seriously and would like to take what ever action is needed to make this homeowner happy, even if she was not our original customer. thank you very much anthony"

We are extremely happy. The service tech, Mike, was knowledgable, professional and worked in an efficient manner. He completed the necessary repairs in order to get our system up and running. We will be happy to continue using this company based upon our experience. We are even considering using them for their lawn fertilizing service next season.
