We hired J.A.Y. Construction for a complete rebuild of our Toms River home after Hurricane Sandy and could not be more pleased with the outcome. John took what started out as an extremely difficult situation and did everything in his power to make things run smooth and easy alleviating the added pressure that was brought on by the storm. The professionalism and craftsmanship displayed by John and his crew can not be beat. Everything was done as promised, in a timely manner and most importantly done properly. John was always available to make sure that we were completely satisfied with all work that was being performed. He went above and beyond his job description of a general contractor to assist us in grant processing and insurance claims. Aside from Johns impeccable work, the fact that he is so honest made working with him an extremely pleasant experience with no unexpected surprises. We could not be more pleased with our beautiful home, it is everything we dreamed of and more. Words can?t express the gratitude we feel toward John for everything he did to bring us to this place.
