Frank DeSantis, is among one of the small percentage (less than 5%) of Land Surveyors that achieved his bachelors degree in land surveying. New Jersey Statute 45:8-35, effective January 1, 1991, requires graduation from a board approved curriculum in surveying of four years or more to sit for the land surveying exam. Frank DeSantis, continues to provide professional surveying services to New Jersey for over twenty seven years. We offer to the public and private sector a multitude of services, including ALTA/ACSM land title surveys, utility corridor base mapping, topographic surveys, monumented land surveys, improvement survey plats and construction staking.
